Artwork enquiries
An artwork enquiry sends the selected work, name, email address and message to Karin through FormSubmit. These details are used to answer questions about availability, framing, viewing or delivery. The website does not store new enquiries in its database.
Contact form
The contact form sends your name, email address and message to Karin through FormSubmit so she can reply. The website does not store this contact enquiry in its database.
Bid form
When you place a bid, we process the selected work, your name and email address, the amount offered and any optional message. We use this information to review your bid and contact you. Other visitors cannot see bids or contact details. No bid is accepted automatically.
Photo enquiries
For a photo enquiry, we process the selected image, your name and email address, the type of use, requested size, intended use and any optional message. We use this information to prepare a personal quote and communicate with you. Your enquiry is sent to Karin through FormSubmit. Other visitors cannot see it.
Technical operation and recipients
The website is hosted on OpenAI Sites. Earlier bids and photo enquiries may be stored in the hosting provider’s database. Contact enquiries, bids and photo enquiries are sent to FormSubmit for email delivery. When you visit the website, participating services may process necessary connection data such as your IP address and browser details. Data may also be processed outside Switzerland. Enquiries are not shared with other visitors.
Retention and your rights
Bids and photo enquiries are retained for as long as needed to process them or meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact form.
Analytics and advertising
We collect first-party visitor statistics without advertising trackers or cookies. A random browser identifier is stored in local storage and changes each week (Europe/Zurich). We count estimated browsers, page and artwork views, device type and approximate country/region supplied by our hosting provider. We do not store IP addresses in these statistics. Deduplication records are kept for 8 weeks, aggregate counts for up to 12 months. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Multiple devices and blocked collection affect visitor estimates.
